As construction manager, Santiago Ramos manages the day-to-day construction, architecture and design of Fifield developments in South Florida. Santiago coordinates with local consultants and partners to ensure the successful execution of Fifieldā€™s South Florida projects.

Prior to joining Fifield Companies in 2021, Santiago worked as a construction project manager at Suffolk Construction in Miami, being part of the $1.4 billion expansion of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino project in Hollywood Florida and a $64 million mixed-use multifamily development in Miami. Having worked for general contractors in New York and South Florida, Santiago has experience in Retail, Hospitality, Gaming and mixed-use Residential Construction.

Santiago has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Roger Williams University.
