Michelle Sweeney MIoD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the cultural sector, currently serving as the Director of Creative Development & Delivery at Fife Cultural Trust since June 2014. With a robust background that includes roles such as Head of Partnerships & Service Development and Partnerships and Funding Development Manager, Michelle has successfully driven service development across libraries, museums, and heritage services, while enhancing stakeholder relationships and customer engagement. Previous positions include leadership roles with Fife Council, where strategic development of cultural initiatives was a focus, and involvement with various organizations such as Voluntary Arts and The Mountaineering Council of Scotland. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, History, and Philosophy from University College Dublin and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the College of Marketing & Design.
