David C Watt OBE FIoD is an experienced director and consultant with a focus on governance and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Director at Governance Express and Senior Associate at Merlin Consultancy (Global) Ltd. David C's extensive leadership roles include Chair of Fife College and the Scottish Forum on Natural Capital, Board Member at Colleges Scotland and the Goodison Group in Scotland, and Non-Executive Director at BGR TRAINING LIMITED. David also serves as Ambassador for the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice and held the position of Honorary Colonel for Royal Marine Reserve Scotland.
