Pelham Higgins is an experienced real estate investment professional with a focus on the Asian market. Currently serving as Head of Real Estate Investment Asia at Fife Capital, Pelham has previously held key positions such as Head of Industrial and Alternatives Capital Markets for Japan and South Korea at JLL, and Senior Investment Manager and Senior Asset Manager at Goodman. Additionally, Pelham served as a Senior Associate at CBRE and worked as a Senior Town Planner & Project Manager at Aurecon. Pelham holds a Master of Commerce in Real Estate Investment & Development from Western Sydney University, completed in November 2006.
