Becca Smith is an experienced professional in the field of talent development and human resources. Currently serving as a People & Culture Coordinator at FIFA, Becca has also held roles such as Research Fellow at The Josh Bersin Company and Research Assistant at the University of Zurich. In addition, Becca has experience as a Research Collaborator and Adjunct Faculty Member at IE University's Center for Health & Well-being. As a Fulbright Scholar, Becca earned a Master's degree in Talent Development and Human Resources from IE Business School, following a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Spanish from Northwestern University.
