Anne-Catherine Ienne is an experienced professional in event management and volunteer coordination, currently serving as Team Lead Volunteer Management at FIFA since March 2017, with a progression through various roles including Senior Volunteer Manager and Guest Operations Manager. Prior to their tenure at FIFA, Anne-Catherine worked freelance from January 2010 to March 2017, managing significant events such as the Men's Handball World Championship and the Dubai World Cup 2015. Additionally, Anne-Catherine held critical positions during UEFA EURO 2016, including Management Coordinator for Event Services and Venue Protocol Manager, showcasing expertise in operational project management and protocol support for high-profile events.
