Thiago Lima is a junior specialized corporate analyst in recruitment and selection at Sistema FIERGS since April 2022, responsible for managing hiring processes in the Research, Development, and Innovation sectors of SENAI, notably through projects aimed at continuous improvement and production process optimization. Previously, Thiago held the position of Corporate Assistant II, focusing on talent acquisition in the healthcare sector for SESI, and served as an HR intern, supporting end-to-end recruitment processes in technology roles. Thiago's early experience includes working as an administrative apprentice at Hospital Mãe de Deus, where diverse administrative tasks were performed. Thiago holds a Technologist degree in Human Resource Management from UniRitter, a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology from Faculdade Intervale, and a technical qualification in Professional Commercial Learning from Senac-RS.
