Mauricio Bianchi serves as Sócio-Diretor at Bianchi Advocacia since August 1995 and holds multiple leadership positions, including member of the board of directors at Crediare S.A. since August 2020, and associated member of IBGC since February 2021. Bianchi has been a counselor for CONTEC/FIERGS since April 2017 and Vice-President of the Observatório Social do Brasil since December 2017. Other roles include being a member of the Deliberative Council at CICS since April 2017 and serving as President of the OAB - Subseção Farroupilha from January 2016 to December 2021. Additionally, Bianchi has previously held advisory and management roles in corporate law and tax departments. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Law from UCS and various postgraduate studies in corporate governance and corporate law.
