Caitlin M. is an undergraduate student at UC Santa Barbara, actively gaining experience in customer service and operational support. Since February 2020, Caitlin has been a Taproom Associate at Fieldwork Brewing Co., contributing to daily operations by serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and managing orders. Previously, Caitlin worked as an Office Assistant at Pacific Pulmonary Services from September 2016 to March 2017, where responsibilities included supporting the HR department with document management and inventory oversight. Caitlin holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communication from the College of Marin, completed in May 2022, and graduated from San Marin High School in 2016.
