Richard Baxter, PE, is a skilled Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently employed at Fieldstone A&E since April 2019, Richard previously worked as an Assistant Engineer at Wheaton & Sprague Engineering Inc. from February 2015 to March 2019, and completed an internship at TKDA from June 2014 to January 2015.
