Mark Fisher is a Co-Founder and COO of FIECON, a health economics consultancy established in August 2015 that offers Global HEOR and Access products and services to the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Technology industries. Since October 2021, Mark serves as Director at the Indian School of Leadership, fostering principled leaders to address regional challenges. Prior to these roles, Mark held senior positions at InterMune, including Senior Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research for Europe and Market Access Director for the UK & Ireland, where responsibilities included managing HTA submissions and developing HEOR strategies. Mark's earlier experience includes roles at WG Consulting as Health Economics Manager and Lead Health Economist, as well as a Senior Analyst position at Heron Evidence Development. Mark holds an MSc with Distinction in Health Economics and Decision Modelling from The University of Sheffield and a First Class BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick.
