Ronald Won is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance and leveraged finance. Currently serving as Principal at Fidus Capital, focusing on originations in the West Coast region since June 2024, Ronald previously held significant positions at Axos Bank as Senior Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance, and Managing Director in the same division from November 2021 to May 2024. Ronald's career also includes a long tenure at Tradyne, Inc., where the role of Vice President was held from March 2007 to December 2021, and a substantial period at California Bank & Trust as Senior Vice President and First Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group from 2014 to November 2021. Ronald completed a Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology, and Society at Stanford University from 1999 to 2003.
