Elaine Harney has over two decades of experience in communications and media relations, currently serving as the Early Careers Program Owner at Fidelity Investments since July 2012, after progressing through roles such as Senior Manager and Senior Communications Specialist. Prior to Fidelity Investments, Elaine held positions at HR Access Solutions and Murray Consultants, where roles included Senior Communications Specialist and Executive Assistant. Elaine's education includes a Certificate in Internal Communications from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland and a Diploma in Public Relations from the Fitzwilliam Institute of Ireland, complemented by a Certificate from the Irish Academy of Public Relations.
