Bhavana Laad is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in full stack engineering and digital transformation. Currently serving as Director of Full Stack Engineering (Chapter Leader) at Fidelity Investments since March 2024, Bhavana previously held the position of Lead Director of Engineering for Health Services at CVS Health, overseeing the Digital MinuteClinic and managing the Aetna Health application. Prior experience includes a Senior Technical Program Manager role at IBM, focusing on digital marketplace transformation and Agile delivery, and leading engineering teams at Emptoris, where significant contributions were made to product migration and the development of B2B solutions. Bhavana holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Additional education includes recent coursework at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
