Srikanth Pasila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics. Currently serving as Sr. BI & Data Analytics Manager at Fidelity Life since January 2018, Srikanth has achieved significant process improvements, including a 40% reduction in workload and a 30% increase in process velocity. Previously, at Microsoft from October 2014 to January 2018, Srikanth held roles as BI Manager and Business Analytics Specialist, leading the implementation of the DX Audience data platform.
