Sara Tuquilar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and regional HR support. Currently serving as HRIS Manager at Fidelity Life since January 2021, Sara previously held the position of Senior HRIS Analyst in both Fidelity Life and eFinancial. Prior HR roles include HRIS Analyst at Dairy Queen, HR Consultant at Salo LLC, and Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner at USI Building Solutions, where Sara was integral in supporting HR functions across 15 locations and implementing an HRIS system.
