At Capital One, Romina excelled as a Unit Manager in Payment Operations, implementing productivity enhancements and fostering a culture of Agile principles. Additionally, Romina’s background includes a decade at State Street as a Global Operations Manager, and earlier experience at CIBC Mellon in estates administration.
