Noel Orji currently serves as the Lead of the Company Secretariat at Fidelity Bank PLC, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Noel held various leadership roles, including Partner at Roche Partners LP focusing on Governance and Capital Markets, and Company Secretary at FMDQ Group, overseeing legal activities and providing strategic advice. With a strong background in legal affairs, Noel has also served as Company Secretary at Fidelity Pension Managers Limited and Head of Litigation at Diamond Bank Plc, where responsibilities included managing litigation portfolios and advising on legal matters related to banking operations. Noel's educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance & Investment from Ahmadu Bello University and an LL.M. in International Law from the University of London, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Benin and legal training from the Nigerian Law School.
