Gareth Mason is a seasoned business analyst with significant expertise in the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at The Fidelis Partnership since January 2024, Gareth previously held dual roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Manager at Brit Insurance from September 2019 to January 2024, where key contributions included the implementation of a new Lloyd's Regulatory Reporting system, participating in the IFRS17 implementation programme, and managing Lloyd's Brexit Part VII. Prior experience at CNA Hardy from March 2014 to September 2019 involved building an in-house policy administration system and enhancing document generation processes.
