Allan Decleir is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Fidelis Insurance Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Allan held positions including Director & Consultant at ThreeSeas Consulting Ltd., where strategic advice was provided to Bermuda reinsurance companies. Allan's extensive background includes managing listings at the Canadian Securities Exchange and serving as EVP & CFO of Platinum Underwriters Holdings, Ltd., a NYSE-listed reinsurance company. Additionally, Allan has experience as CFO for various Bermuda-based reinsurance firms and held multiple roles at Ernst & Young. Allan is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds several certifications, including NACD Directorship CertifiedĀ®. Allan earned a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
