Noel Climent currently serves as R&D Governance - Productivity Manager at FICOSA since June 2021, following previous roles within the same company as Governance - Productivity Supervisor and System Administrator from February 2016 to May 2019. Prior to this, Noel worked at IDNEO TECHNOLOGIES from 2011 to November 2017 as a System Administrator, where responsibilities included implementing changes within the FICOSA group. Additional experience includes a role as Responsable d'Economia Social at Comissió Obrera Nacional de Catalunya in 2013 and as Coordinador de Política Sectorial from April 2009 to December 2012. Early career experience includes over a decade as a System Analyst at SONY and SONY España from 1998 to 2009.
