Jorge Santiago Rodriguez is a software development leader with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing within the automotive industry. Currently employed at FICOSA since January 2019, Jorge holds multiple roles including Software Development Leader, Test Project Leader, and Test & Validation Engineer. Previously, Jorge served as a Software Test Engineer at Continental from October 2014 to August 2018, focusing on ensuring the quality of embedded software in instrument clusters. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara, completed in 2014, and further education at University College Cork.
