Trevor Heenan is an experienced technology consultant with a career spanning over two decades across various roles in leading organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Platform & Technology Consulting and Senior Director at FICO since July 2010, Trevor has primarily focused on implementing the Falcon Fraud Manager for banks and financial institutions, overseeing all stages of the system lifecycle. Previous experience includes working as a Technical Consultant at The Service Business, where responsibilities involved the integration of demand planning systems, and as a Technical Team Leader at LogicaCMG, providing application support for NHS Central Spine applications. Trevor's early career at EDS involved application support for Xerox Europe’s manufacturing systems, and initial roles at ADAS encompassed information support and IT helpdesk management. Educational credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from the University of West London and a HND in Computer Studies from the University of Gloucestershire.
