Timo Berthold is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in optimization and mathematics. Currently serving as Director and Team Lead of Mixed-Integer Optimization at FICO since January 2014, Timo has held various engineering roles including Principal Engineer and Senior Engineer. In addition to industry experience, Timo is a Privatdozent at Technische Universität Berlin since July 2022. Timo co-founded TASK GbR from October 2010 to December 2013 and worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter and student assistant at Zuse Institute Berlin from January 2005 to December 2013. Timo's academic qualifications include a Habilitation in Mathematics, a Ph.D. in Mathematics, and a Diplom, all from Technische Universität Berlin.
