Mark Younes is an experienced executive in global benefits management with a rich history in leading benefits programs for large organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Benefits at FICO since August 2022, Mark previously held the position of Head of Global Benefits at Broadcom Inc. from February 2005 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing health and welfare benefits for over 20,000 employees globally, compliance with various regulations, and overseeing benefits integration for acquisitions. Prior experience at LSI included roles as HR Manager/Business Partner and Senior Procurement Specialist, which equipped Mark with a strong foundation in HR strategy and supplier relationship management. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from DeSales University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Muhlenberg College.
