Anchal Pal is an Associate Software Engineer at FICO, having started in January 2024, and previously served as a Software Engineer Intern. Additional experience includes being a Mentee at Codess.Cafe since October 2022, contributing to interview preparation and community support, and participation as a Community Member in Women in Tech®, which focuses on closing the gender gap in technology. Anchal gained hands-on experience at Honeywell as an Industrial Trainee for a Salesforce developer position, worked as a Back End Developer at NEXTECH Frontiers, and served as a Mentor in the Desh Ke Mentor initiative aimed at guiding female students in STEM fields. Anchal was a Women Techmaker Engineer Fellow supported by Google, held a role as a Global Ambassador for WomenTech Network, participated in Microsoft's CyberSecurity Engage program, and completed an internship at Techniche, IIT Guwahati. Anchal is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at Chandigarh University, with prior educational accomplishments from The Mann School and Apollo Convent School.
