Tony Fisher is a seasoned engineer specializing in coal and ash handling with extensive experience in project management and construction management across various thermal power and biomass energy projects. Currently serving as a Coal and Ash Handling Engineer at Fichtner since November 2022, Tony previously managed the erection and commissioning of the 660 MW NGHI SON 2 Super-critical Coal-fired plant in Vietnam as the O/E Site Manager at WSP. Prior roles include Construction Manager at Anergy for a Carbon Pyrolysis Plant in Belgium, and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Fichtner GmbH, overseeing the design and commissioning of a 2000 MW ultra-super-critical power plant in Malaysia. Tony's career has included responsibilities as Site Project Manager, Construction Site Manager, and Site Manager in multiple engineering firms, contributing to various biomass and renewable energy initiatives. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
