Bert Ges has over 18 years of experience in various leadership and business development roles. Bert is currently working as the Director of Business Development at Fibrotex USA Inc. Prior to that, they worked at L3Harris Technologies and Cubic Corporation, where they held director-level positions overseeing domestic and international business development. At Cubic Corporation, they also led a cross-functional team of up to 60 members in foreign military and direct commercial sales. Before joining the private sector, Bert worked as a Senior Operational Leader in the US Army and served in strategic planning roles at the United States Department of Defense.

Bert Ges has a diverse education history that includes an Associate of Arts in Economics from Valley Forge Military Academy & College (1983-1985). Bert then graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers College, Rutgers University (1985-1987). Bert continued their education at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (1998-1999), where they received a Master of Military Art and Science in General Studies. Finally, Bert Ges attended the National War College, National Defense University (2008-2009) where they earned a Master of Science in National Security Strategy.
