Norazirah Mohd Isa has a diverse background in research and development within the paper, packaging, and personal care industries. Starting as an Industrial Trainee at Fibre and Biocomposite Development Centre (FIDEC), responsibilities included researching lignocellulosic composites. Norazirah then served as a Research Technologist at GS Paper & Packaging Sdn Bhd, focusing on operational improvements and overall equipment effectiveness. Since April 2011, Norazirah has progressed through various roles at Fibertex Personal Care Group, culminating in the position of Technical Lead - Business Development. Responsibilities have consistently involved market analysis, project management, cross-departmental support, and mentoring junior executives, showcasing a strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
