Jennifer Brennan, PHR, currently serves as the Director of HR at Fibertech Plastics, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a Sr. HR Business Partner at AmeriQual Group, LLC from September 2019 to October 2024, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, policy guidance, and training implementation. Early in career, Jennifer contributed to HR compliance at RSI and worked as Quality Manager at Warehouse Services, Inc. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication/Management from Western Illinois University and has completed additional HR training courses.
