Beth (Voelker) Archer is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people operations and HR management. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Fibergrate Composite Structures, Beth has previously held the positions of Human Resources Director at both Mastek Americas and Fibergrate Composite Structures, as well as HR Manager at Cytracom. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Sunflower Bank, N.A., and Senior Human Resources Manager at AMS-TAOS USA, Inc. Beth is currently pursuing education at Collin County Community College, further enhancing expertise in the field.
