Joi Honer serves as the Director of Alumni at FHE Health, beginning in July 2023, focusing on enhancing engagement opportunities for service recipients. Joi has maintained a long-term role as a Licensed Zumba Instructor since April 2012. Previous experience includes positions such as Alumni Relations Professional at Alina Lodge and Senior Director of Alumni and Community Engagement at Retreat Behavioral Health, which involved significant increases in alumni engagement and event attendance. Joi also held the role of National Alumni Director at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc., where contributions led to impressive growth in alumni service engagement and the development of a branded recovery app. Earlier in a dedicated career at Caron Treatment Centers, Joi excelled in various roles from Alumni Coordinator to Clinical Coordinator, implementing strategic plans and enhancing alumni activities and fundraising initiatives. Educational background includes studies at Alvernia University.
