Previously, Kate held the role of Senior Director of Global BI and Analytics at Ralph Lauren from May 2013 to June 2023, leading a global team to implement BI solutions by integrating diverse data sources and utilizing tools like MicroStrategy and Tableau. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Global BI & Analytics at Ralph Lauren, overseeing multiple SAP implementations and managing crucial aspects of business intelligence across North America and Europe. Kate's career began at Movado Group, Inc., where as Director of Global Analytics & Reporting, a comprehensive BI strategy was defined and executed, leveraging various SAP technologies. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
