Paul J Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and business development. As a Senior Consultant at Find Great People since 2018, Paul specializes in strategy, people, and processes to foster organizational growth. Concurrently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at VoX Bivium Gap Year School, Paul engages college-aged students in a Biblical studies curriculum. Previously, as a Performance Coach at Dale Carnegie Training, Paul contributed to widespread professional development, and as Vice President of Business Development at Ob Hospitalist Group, Paul achieved significant revenue growth and contract success. Paul also led Relevant Benefits, LLC from 2001 to 2013, expanding its market reach and building successful client relationships. Education includes a BA in Communications from Bob Jones University and post-graduate studies in Relational Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary.
