Rafaela Victorino has over a decade of experience in civil engineering, currently serving as an Auxiliar de Engenharia Civil at FG Empreendimentos since April 2011. In this role, Rafaela has been responsible for overseeing and supervising services at the Alameda Jardins project, a 46-story construction, including material quantity assessments, budget preparation for materials and outsourced services, contract management, and productivity monitoring. Previously, Rafaela gained valuable experience as an Estagiária de Engenharia Civil at FG Empreendimentos and Tito Arruda, where responsibilities included project oversight and architectural and hydrosanitary design. Rafaela holds an MBA in Gerenciamento e Engenharia de Custo from IBEC and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí.
