Lydia Homan has extensive work experience in various roles related to revenue operations, sales operations, and customer success. Their most recent role was as the Director of Revenue Operations at Fexa. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales Operations at Qwiet AI and Automox. Lydia also co-founded Spark Insights and held the position of Operations & Delivery. Lydia has held leadership positions at CommercialTribe, including Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Senior Director of Customer Success. Earlier in their career, Lydia worked as a Pursuit Manager at TeleTech and as a Structural Engineering Manager at Zilla. Lydia also worked as a Project Manager/Engineer at HCL Engineering & Surveying, LLC and as a Structural Design Engineer II at S.A. Miro, Inc.

Lydia Homan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structures from the University of Iowa from 1998 to 2003. Lydia then pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with the same emphasis from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2003 to 2005. Later, they completed their MBA at the University of Colorado Denver from 2009 to 2010.
