Karla Cruz Casillas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as a Sr. HR Analyst at FEVISA since November 2022, Karla previously held the role of HR Business Partner at Maxeon Solar Technologies and has worked as an HR Representative. Prior experience includes positions at SunPower Corporation, where roles ranged from Talent Acquisition Representative to a recruiter on contract. Karla began their career in human resources at the C谩mara Nacional de la Industria de Transformaci贸n Delegaci贸n Mexicali. Karla holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Aut贸noma de Baja California, completed in 2015.
