Tanja Daisy Hintermeister Locher serves as the Head of Human Resources and a Board Member at Spitäler Schaffhausen since June 2023. Additionally, Tanja holds various roles, including board member of VPSG Zürich-Ostschweiz and volunteer auditor for VPSG, as well as serving as an actuary for Theaterverein LAWUA. From March 2018, Tanja has worked as a lecturer in social insurance and payroll at multiple educational institutions including Feusi Bildungszentrum and Bildungszentrum Zürichsee BZZ. Tanja's previous experience includes being the Head of Human Resources at See-Spital and a self-employed consultant for PartyLite. Tanja has an extensive educational background in HR and vocational training, with numerous qualifications including a recent degree as a Human Resources Manager and ongoing studies in coaching.
