David Maio Williams is an experienced real estate professional and creative designer, currently serving as a Listing & Buyer Specialist for The Matt Fetick Team at eXp Realty since July 2024, after a similar role with the Matt Fetick Team at Keller Williams Realty from October 2009 to July 2024. As the owner and designer of DMaio Creative Services since May 2009, David specializes in home staging, design, and color consultation. David's prior experience includes leadership positions at Springs Global as Director of Emerging Brands and at Springs Industries as Design Director, as well as a role as Bedding Designer at Fieldcrest Cannon. David Maio Williams holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Surface Pattern Design from Syracuse University, completed in 1992.
