Andrew Lontos has a strong background in marketing and customer experience. Andrew currently holds the role of Vice President Customer Experience at Fetch Pet Insurance, where they are responsible for overseeing the customer experience. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Brand & Customer Communications and Director of Brand Marketing & Operations at the same company. Before joining Fetch Pet Insurance, Andrew worked at D3 NYC as VP of Marketing Services, where they oversaw the agency's portfolio of business and drove strategic success and growth with clients. Andrew also served as Director of Client Services at D3 NYC. Earlier in their career, Andrew held the position of Account Director at skedge.me, where they managed client services for the company's enterprise-level booking and scheduling software. Andrew also worked as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at CHARGED.fm, where they managed e-commerce website launches and contributed to the development of the company's ticketing system. Andrew began their career as an Intern at Elias Sports Bureau.

Andrew Lontos attended Archbishop Molloy High School from 2002 to 2006. Andrew then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Marketing at Fairfield University from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they briefly studied at Australian Catholic University.
