Matthew Aldridge has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Matthew started their career as a Maintenance Worker at La Crosse Regional Airport in 2016. In 2017, they joined Menards as a Shipping Receiving Specialist, where they gained customer service experience and helped with guest and contractor orders. Matthew continued working at Menards in the same role until 2019.
In 2019, Matthew joined Fetch, where they held multiple roles. Initially, they worked as a Client Support Specialist, utilizing Zendesk to assist Fetch Rewards users with account management and application features. Matthew then progressed to the role of Senior Support Specialist, where they provided assistance to other support specialists with complex inquiries and gained experience in various administrative tools and reporting systems.
In 2021, Matthew took on the position of Support Operations Coordinator at Fetch, where they managed Zendesk administration and played a lead role in reporting and building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Currently, they work as a Support Data Specialist, focusing on automating data streams, developing SQL and database application skills, and utilizing visualization tools.
Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service, problem-solving, and data analysis.
Matthew Aldridge attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2014 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
