Jessy Hefner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2012, Jessy started as a Sales Associate at Walmart and later became an Assistant Manager at Kingdom Fun, LLC in 2013. From 2014 to 2019, Jessy worked as a Mobile Supervisor at Best Buy, focusing on delivering an exceptional sales experience. In 2019, Jessy joined Enjoy Technology, Inc. as a Field Expert, providing excellent customer service and participating in team meetings. From 2020 to 2021, Jessy worked at eBay as a GCX Risk Teammate, assessing risk and fraud tactics, resolving complex account restrictions, and providing business development plans. Currently, Jessy holds the position of a Data Integrity Assurance Specialist at Fetch, starting in 2021.

Jessy Hefner completed their high school education at James Bowie High School and obtained a High School Diploma in 2011. They are currently enrolled at Austin Community College since 2021, pursuing a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General.
