Andy Lathrop is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, analytics, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as an Area Developer for Code Ninjas since February 2021, Andy also owns FETCH! PET CARE. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at BlueGranite, Co-founder and Analytics Director at Blue River Analytics, and Solutions Consultant at TIBCO Spotfire, among others. With a strong background in advanced analytics and expertise in tools such as Python, R, and AzureML, Andy has led numerous AI and analytics projects, demonstrating technology leadership and customer engagement. Andy holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MS in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and an MS in Mineral Economics from Colorado School of Mines.
