Isabelle Dumont is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management across various organizations. At Festival d'Aix-en-Provence since February 2023, Isabelle leads the HR policy definition and implementation while managing the HR team. Prior to this role, Isabelle served at Groupe Covéa from August 2019 to January 2023, focusing on HR policy deployment in investment and real estate sectors and career management. From October 2012 to July 2019, Isabelle was responsible for HR at Fidelia Assistance, overseeing recruitment and providing legal advice in social law. Earlier experience includes a role at Pixmania from October 2007 to October 2012, managing employee representative bodies and disciplinary actions. Educational qualifications include a management degree from Sciences Po and a master's in HR law from UVSQ.
