Sacha Kleynjans is a co-founder at Ferway, active since November 2020, focusing on tools for salary management and decision-making. Prior experience includes co-founding Guppy, which specializes in pollution solutions for rivers, achieving significant waste recovery and collaboration with public institutions. Sacha also worked at IBM as a Consultant in Strategy & Digital Transformation for Retail Banking, where responsibilities included project management, business process analysis, and digital transformation initiatives. Additional roles include software development at VICTOR & CHARLES utilizing IBM's AI technologies and leading commercial development at JEECE as a board member. Sacha holds an engineering degree from ECE and an MBA from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School.
