Lucía Flecha Lozano has a diverse range of work experience in the field of digital transformation and customer experience. Lucía is currently employed by Ferrovial as the Digital Transformation and CIIO Office Director. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Advisor, providing expertise in digital transformation and customer experience. Lucía also has experience collaborating with Fundación CRE100DO, where they contributed to the development of the Spanish productive model. Lucía has a strong background in digital transformation, having held various roles at Telefónica, including Digital Transformation Director, Head of E2E Digitalization, and Head of Global IT Strategy & CIO Office. Lucía began their career as a Consultant at Telefonica Global Technology and later worked as a Project Management Consultant at Aventia Iberia.

Lucía Flecha Lozano completed their undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, from 2001 to 2008. Lucía then pursued a Master of International Relations from Universidad CEU San Pablo, although the start and end years are not specified. Additionally, they received an Erasmus Scholarship at the University of Münster from 2006 to 2008. In 2019, Lucía attended IESE Business School for a PDD program. Lucía has obtained various certifications including Customer Experience Professional Level 2 and Level 1 from Medallia, and a Certificate Advance in English (CAE) from the University of Cambridge. Lucía also holds a certification in Fundamentos Gestión de Proyectos (Project Management Framework) from Aventia, as well as a Goethe- Zertifikat Deutsch B2 from the Goethe Institut.
