Madhavi Bagchi is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Director and Team Lead for Reproductive Medicine & Maternal Health at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since June 2019. In this role, Madhavi oversees a portfolio of ten products, achieving record sales despite challenges, and has successfully launched multiple brands. Prior to this, Madhavi held various positions at Pfizer, including Senior Marketing Manager roles in Urology and Oncology, where strategic alignment and product launches were key responsibilities. Madhavi’s career began as a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual, complemented by a Master of Business Administration from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
