Johan Masure is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Chief Science Officer for Ferring Japan since 2015. In this role, Masure also holds the position of Senior Global R&D Project Director. Prior to this, Masure chaired the Board and served as a member of the Board at the International School of Lausanne from August 2015 to January 2020. Masure's previous experience at Ferring Pharmaceuticals includes serving as Global Medical Director from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, Masure worked at Roche Products Limited from 1997 to 2008 in various roles including Brand Manager, International Medical Leader, and Medical Manager for Roche Belgium. Masure's earlier academic journey culminated in an MD degree from the University of Antwerp, where involvement in Orthopaedic Surgery took place from 1993 to 1997.
