Helen Harte is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as VP Global HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since August 2017. Previously, Helen held key HR roles including Head of HR for the Europe Region at Nestlé Health Science, and various positions within Novartis Consumer Health, including Head of HR at the Nyon Site. Early career experiences include HR management roles at Nestlé, PepsiCo, and TXU Europe Energy Trading. Helen holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northumbria University.
