Leigh Burke is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel at Ferrellgas since June 2019, having previously held roles as Senior Counsel and Corporate Counsel within the same company. Prior to Ferrellgas, Leigh worked as Assistant General Counsel at Advisors Excel from January 2016 to July 2018, and as an Attorney at Waits, Brownlee, Berger, Hoop & Johnston from August 2010 to November 2015. Initial legal experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for Honorable Brian C. Wimes and Honorable Patrick W. Campbell at the Circuit Court of Jackson County. Leigh holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Kansas State University.
